It features a 1” throat and a 1.75” edgewound aluminum ribbon voice coil, offering excellent thermal behavior and transient response. Designed for compact systems, the SMC-8060N provides a high sensitivity of 107 dB (1W/1m) and handles 100 W program power above 1.5 kHz, making it a suitable choice for portable PA systems, monitors, and installed sound. Its polyester diaphragm contributes to a frequency response range from 0.8 to 18 kHz, while its low harmonic distortion ensures a clean and natural sound.
